Braided first, then worked tight, paja tetera weaving belongs to Guapi on the Pacific coast of Cauca and to the traditional weaving of that region. The fiber holds its shape for poufs and furniture as well as baskets and wall decor, with pieces delivered in ten to fifteen days and made to measure.
